Seems it only took 2 years for the devart system bot to decide one of my pieces was...gasp...PORN!!!!  I see stuff that could well be classified as porn that shows real people engaged in some blatantly sexual activities.  So I guess if it's classified as artistic photography it won't be deemed porn?   How does a piece of software like a "bot" determine something like that.   Why do people insist on hiding behind myths like that.  If you are going to remove a piece of work at least have the integrity to identify yourself or the art expert that determined it was porn.

Ok now I've been asked if one of my renders is actually an
 "implied nude" and not truly a nude!!!

What the hell is an implied nude?  No top + no pants = nude or that is what I've always heard.  Geeeze why does everyone have to think they have to be an art critic. 

And now we have Pokemonfan76 a simple minded little girl who has to make childish remarks on other peoples' work.  I would suggest blocking her real quick.

So another cowardly creep reported one of my deviations and some admin thing in it's infinite wisdom decided to play the censor:

Your deviation Surprise was reported for Explicit Pornography. The report was reviewed by a member of the Staff and action was taken, deleting the deviation and marking the report as Resolved.

Additionally, the following comment was provided:
A member of staff has reviewed a report concerning this deviation and has found that the work contained a depiction of a penis which is considered to be "erect".

Since depictions of erections are not allowed this deviation has been removed in accordance with our policy.

FAQ #565: You prohibit the submission of 'pornographic imagery'; what do you consider this to be?

If you believe that this action was in error please contact deviantART customer service and file a "Policy Inquiry" [link]

The deviation in question has been out there for close to 2 years.

Oh...and I forgot to ask...How does one go about training to become an Erection Identification Expert?

OK if we're not going to get a real winter I'm ready for some warm weather.  No more cold rain (instead of snow) just nice hot days and warm nights.  Bring it on!
